The course content will provide workers with an understanding of the basic principles needed to operate elevating work platform equipment. Classroom training will give workers both the knowledge and the practical hands-on training they need to develop safe operating behaviours and techniques.

Program Length – 8 hours – 8:30 am – 4:30 PM

All necessary training equipment is provided by Mentor Safety.

Mentor Safety uses a SJ3 4620 Skyjack Scissor Lift for the practical portion of the training. Remember: It is the employer’s responsibility to provide additional site-specific training to the operator before using any elevated work platform.

Who would benefit: This training program is designed to protect the health and safety of workers on the job site who could reasonably expect to undertake work activities that involve the operation of an elevated work platform.
