Proof of completion will be provided. \nRequired: Photo I.D must be present at the beginning of class. Proper footwear is required\, no open toe shoes or high heeled shoes allowed. If you do not meet these requirements\, Mentor can refuse you access to the classroom and you will not receive a refund. \nNote: Group sessions can be booked either at our training location in London\, Niagara or at your location. Contact Mentor Safety for details. \nCOVID-19 Protocol: Upon entering our facility for training you will have to follow our COVID Protocols in order to participant in the training.
