- A refund will be provided if the participant cancels 7 days prior to the training date.
- A cancellation fee of $35.00 will be charged if participant cancels after the 7 day period.
- The participant will be charged the full cost of the training if they cancel within 24 hours of the training start time, if they fail to show up or they are late and do not complete the training.
- If a student goes to the wrong class, they will not be admitted and they will not receive a refund.
Mentor Safety reserves the right to cancel any course due to lack of enrollment with 48 hours notice. A full refund will be provided or the participant can reschedule to another date.
It is at the sole discretion of the Instructor to deem whether a participant has completed the program or has failed to complete the program for any reason whatsoever. No refunds will be provided if a participant fails to complete all the learning objectives of the programs.
The Mentor Safety Consultants Inc. Working at Heights Program has been developed to meet the requirements of Ontario Ministry of Labour’s training program standard for working at heights. We have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information contained herein, however, it is the sole responsibility of you and your employer to ensure that the legislative requirements for working at heights and fall protection are clearly understood and followed. Mentor Safety Consultants Inc., its directors or agents cannot be held responsible for misuse or misinterpretation or implementation of the training material provided.
The following conditions apply to the Working at Heights Refresher Program
Students must have taken the full day Ministry of Labour approved working at heights training.
A Chief Prevention Officer learner number is required (located on CPO issued card). If you do not have your CPO issued card, call 1-877-202-0008 and ask for your CPO learner number. Only students who have successfully completed a CPO Approved working at heights training program delivered by a CPO approved working at heights training provider are eligible to take refresher training and receive a new CPO proof of completion card.
If the student cannot present proof of their successful completion of the Ministry of Labour approved working at height program they will not be allowed to continue the program and no refund will be provided.
