Our trainers are skilled instructors who have practical experience and have worked in a variety of industries. All of our programs can be instructed at your workplace or at our new Industrial Safety Training Centre. Unlike some other safety training providers, we provide both theory and hands-on practical training and examination at our well-equipped training centre. The Industrial Training Center has a comfortable classroom and is equipped with forklifts, JLG personal lifts and an overhead bridge crane, offering practical experience in an authentic industrial setting.

Hazards associated with working at heights are one of the leading causes of injury and death in Ontario workplaces. Both the Industrial and Construction regulations mandate that workers be trained in the preventive measures, procedures and the safe use of personal protective fall prevention and arrest equipment before working at heights.
Mentor Safety Consultants Working at Heights, Fall Protection program is 8 hours long and consists of a theory module, a practical module, an evaluation and proof of completion.
Joint Health and Safety Committee Program - Part 1 (3 day)
Our lead instructor for this program has been an active member of a JHSC for over 28 years and brings a wealth of health and safety knowledge and practical experience to the program. We won't be reading out of a textbook in this program. Our program is dynamic, interactive, hands on and guaranteed to be a great learning experience.
Confined Space Entry (Operations Level)
The Confined Space Entry program teaches the information every employee needs to know in order to avoid accidental exposure to danger when performing work related tasks. This 8-hour program was developed in accordance with the requirements of the OH&S and COHS regulations. Also offered is a 6-hour refresher program.
Elevated Work Platform Operator (Operations Level)
This Elevated Work Platform Operator program teaches the information every employee needs to know in order to protect their health and safety when working around the more than 1.5 million elevating work platforms used in the world today. This is an 8-hour program that focuses on worker safety, regulations and guidelines.
Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)
This 4-hour program will provide you with the information that is used to implement the Transportation of Dangerous Goods System. It takes a mix of prevention, planning, preparation, training and communications to create and sustain a TDG System.
Lock-Out Tag-Out Program
A Lock-Out Tag-Out program is required by law to ensure your safety while cleaning, adjusting or maintaining equipment or machinery. Each year, workers are killed or seriously injured due to machines or equipment starting up unexpectedly. A simple process of isolating energy sources and ensuring zero energy would prevent these tragedies. This 4-hour training course will provide you with a basic understanding of the lock-out and tag-out procedures.
Bill 168 Employer E-learning Program
Employers are required by law to train workers on their specific workplace violence and harassment policies. Bill 168 has been passed by the Ontario government. This new law adds to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, giving workers new rights plus mandating new responsibilities and duties for the employer to reduce and prevent violence and harassment in the workplace. These amendments also include new expectations for any employer that is aware or "ought to be aware" of an employee who is being threatened with domestic violence.
Forklift Training Program (Operations Level)
This program will provide employees with forklift truck operator safety training prescribed by legislation so they may obtain the ability to operate equipment in a safe, competent manner and work safely in their work environment and around other employees.
Overhead Crane Program (Operations Level)
This program will provide employees with industrial overhead crane operator safety training. Our program provides training prescribed by legislation so that the employee may obtain the ability to operate equipment in a safe, competent manner in their work environment.
CarePlus CPR and AED (Level A, B, C)
This provides emergency care prevention skills such as cardiac arrest, heart attack, stroke and choking management to the Lay Rescuer guidlines. This program is intended to be flexible in content and offers Level A (Adults), or Level B (Infant/Child), or Level C (Adult/Infant/Child) CPR and AED.
Level 1 Emergency First Aid
CPR and breathing emergencies in adults, first aid for bleeding, sudden illness and injury emergency care skills for the occupational first aid provider.
Standard First Aid
CPR and breathing emergencies, AED, first aid for bleeding, sudden illness and injury emergency care skills for the occupational first aid provider. This program is intended to be flexible in content and offers adult only CPR or may be combined with infant and child CPR and AED skills to create the standard first aid CPR-A or CPR-C option. The intended audience is individuals who are occupationally required to have first aid knowledge and skills.
